 The Moose is Inn opened June 2007. We offer both summer and winter rates (10/1 – 4/30). Our rooms come with a private entrance, jetted tubs, comfortable king, queen, and twin beds, and  private balconies. We also have satelite TV/dvd, wireless high speed internet, continental breakfast, a full guest kitchen, freezer space and lots of little extras to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Our rooms are clean, and cozy with in floor heating thermostats in each room so you can control your own temperature. We have four rooms available year round and five room in the summer. In the summer we have enough beds available to sleep a party of 18-20 comfortably (10 upstairs and 8 downstairs). The main entrance gives our guests open access to a full kitchen and game room. We also have a large wrap around deck with a beautiful view of the mountains, wildlife and lakes. Moose are seen frequently wandering through the yard. While you are here you are welcome to use our grill for barbecuing your catch of the day or simply enjoy your evening roasting hot dogs and marshmallows at our fire pit out back.
Our Bed and Breakfast offers optional salmon and halibut sport fishing charters, commercial fishing tours and clam digging rentals in the summer. We also have a family processing plant in Soldotna where we can vacuum seal, freeze and ship your fish home for you. In the winter we welcome the locals to bring their snow machines for a weekend snow machine get away! Our B & B has direct access to the Caribou Hills and the large lakes and wilderness behind our home provides a perfect place for snow machining!

Bull Moose rooms: 
We have two Bull Moose Rooms. One room has a king and twin and the other just has a king. They both have a private balcony, jetted tub/ shower, satelite tv/dvd, beautiful view of mountains and snow machine trails.
Winter rate - $60 daily or $400 weekly
Summer rate - $90 daily or $600 weekly
Momma Moose room:
Queen bed, twin bed, jetted tub/ shower, satelite tv/dvd
Winter rate - $55 daily or $350 weekly
Summer rate - $85 daily or $550 weekly
Calf Moose room:
 Queen bed, shower, satelite tv/dvd
Winter rate - $50 daily or $300 weekly
Summer - $75 daily or $500 weekly
Family Moose Suite: Our suite has approximately 1000 sq. ft of living space. It consists of two bedrooms (king and queen bed in master, bunkbeds in second room), living room (with day bed, trundle, and couch), two bathrooms, kitchenette, laundry room, 6 foot jetted tub in master bath.
Summer rate - $185 or $1200 weekly
Futon available for extra room guests = $10
Check in time: 3 p.m. (earlier if available)
Check out: 12 p.m
Cancellation policy: full refund with 14 days notice otherwise a $25 cancellation fee will apply.
Clam shovel/ bucket rentals - $5 per day
Fillet/ vacuum seal/ freeze - $1 per pound
